      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      VV Restoran OÜ asustati 19. oktoober 2020 aastal. Põhitegevus toitlustus.

      Tõsise olukorra HoReCa alas ettevõte oli sunnitud 2021 aasta novembris sulgeda restorani uksed.

      2024. aastal toimus osanike vahetus. Ettevõttes töötajaid ei ole ja juhatusele tasu ei makstud.

      Aruande netovara ei vasta seaduses toodud nõudele. Osaühingu omakapitali on järel vähem kui pool osakapitalist. Emaettevõte on lubanud tagada finantstoetuse andmist kuni 31.12.2024 ja vajadusel ka edaspidi. Kontserni emaettevõte tagab, et kohustused saavad tähtaegselt täidetud.
