Entytech OÜ (Enty) was established on 21.10.2020.

Enty's goal is to simplify and revolutionize the back-office operations of European SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises). We understand that managing a company involves juggling many tasks and the complexity of back-office management can be immense for SMEs. In response to this challenge, we have created a powerful solution that serves as a single control panel for all these "boring" but important office tasks.

Our target group consists of European SMEs with up to 50 full-time employees who are involved in various web-related businesses. These companies are often characterized by their flexibility, innovation, and the need to stay competitive in an increasingly digital world. Enty empowers these SMEs by offering a comprehensive subscription-based solution that covers the entire spectrum of back-office operations.

Our goal is to provide clients with access to a wide range of services under one panel (subscription), including: l Accounting: Simplify financial accounting, track expenses, and manage finances easily.

l Billing: Create and send professional invoices, automate payment reminders, and simplify the billing process.

l Contract Management: Centralize contract storage, automate contract tracking, and comply with contractual obligations.

l CFO Tools: Access financial overviews and analytics that enable informed decisions and financial planning.

l Human Resources Management: Manage personnel records, track employee working hours, and efficiently perform HR-related tasks.

Our commitment to customer satisfaction is at the heart of our business model. We prioritize providing a user-friendly, efficient, and reliable platform that allows our clients to automate their back-office processes and optimize their financial operations. 2022 was a remarkable year for Enty, characterized by significant growth and expansion. Key highlights include: 1. Robust revenue growth: We achieved a significant 236% growth in revenue from Estonian SMEs, significantly exceeding our initial forecasts and earning 639,576 euros in sales revenue.

2. Growing customer base: Our customer base in Estonia grew by 40% thanks to our efficient marketing strategies and high user satisfaction.

3. Recognition and awards: Enty received several prestigious startup awards for innovation, strengthening our position as a leader in SME back-office solutions.

4. Continuous platform development, and as a result, offering new services to customers. 250,646 euros were invested in fixed assets, in 2023 our primary goal is to significantly increase our revenue stream. Estonia, being at the forefront of digital innovation, provides fertile ground for our comprehensive back-office solution. Our strategy includes: 1. Enhanced marketing efforts: Strengthening our presence through targeted digital marketing campaigns, focusing on the unique needs of Estonian SMEs.

2. Partnership and collaboration: Establishing strategic partnerships with local Estonian business associations and technology communities to increase visibility and credibility.

3. Product customization: Tailoring our services to the specific demands of Estonian companies, focusing on integration with popular local platforms and compliance with Estonian regulations.

Our vision for 2023 also includes laying the groundwork for expanding our services to other EU countries. This expansion requires thorough planning and execution: 1. Market research and analysis: Conducting thorough research to understand the specific needs and regulatory environment of EU target countries.
