The Company Story
Our goal is to bring back natural fermented drinks with live lactic acid bacteria that are rooted in Estonian raw materials to the daily diet. We act in a transparent and knowledge-driven manner, valuing local raw materials and a simple, understandable approach to good food.
Many people feel that the availability of real fermented products has decreased, and drinks in shops do not always provide living micro-organisms and are not suitable for daily consumption without low calorie content or artificial additives. At the same time, there is a growing demand for comfortable solutions that fit into the fast schedule.
Therefore, we produce fermented drinks from domestic vegetables, berries and raw tatas - including plant and kefir-like options - which are designed to support the diversity of the microbiom and are suitable for everyday use. Products can be purchased directly from our e-shop and from many retailers across Estonia, which makes fermented food available to different consumer groups.
Our approach differs from the use of local ingredients, scientific advice and support for product analysis, and the desire to keep the products as raw as possible in order to preserve their natural value. Product development has been carried out in cooperation with regional development programmes and support from the European Union, which has helped to put the idea into practice.
We are trying to make fermented products a daily and easily achievable choice for families, pregnant women, athletes and everyone seeking support for digestion and general well-being, while at the same time supporting Estonian food networks and the sustainability of local production.
