      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Valukoda OÜ asutati 3.11.2020. aastal. Ettevõtte põhitegevuseks on kinnisvara arendus ja müük.

      2021. aasta lõpus soetati kinnistu Tartu linnas, aadressil Teguri 32, kus seni opereeris valumehhaanika tsehh. 2024. aastal jätkati 1. etapi ehitustegevusega, mille tulemusena valmis 2025. aastal müügiks kavandatud kortereid, lühiajalist majutusteenust ning ärirendipidu hõlmav hoone. Kinnisvaraobjekti edasiste ettappide käigus on kavas välja arendada kortermaju ning ärihooneid sisaldav Valukoja kvartal.

      Aruandeaastal töötas ettevõttes keskmiselt 2 töötajat (2023. aastal 3 töötajat) kellele tasutud töötasud moodustasid 61 617 eurot (2023. aasta: 87 015 eurot).
