      DOMED on originaalse tootmisviisiga ettevõte. Kaasaegsete kaminate, puupliitide, grillide, BBQ-ahjude, grillikomplekside ja kõigi nende jaoks vajalike tarvikute disainimine, projekteerimine, ja tootmine.

      Omakapitali vähenemise põhjendus ja taastamismeetmed

      Aruandeperioodil langes ühingu omakapital ajutiselt alla seaduses sätestatud nõutud taseme. Selle peamiseks põhjuseks oli kulude suurenemine seoses ettevalmistustega tulevasteks projektideks ning osa planeeritud tulude laekumise edasilükkumine, mis tulenes turuolukorrast ja varade realiseerimise ajakavast.

      Omakapitali taastamiseks on ühing planeerinud vajalikud korrigeerivad meetmed. Omakapitali suurendamine toimub 2025. aasta kolmandas kvartalis kavandatud müügitehingute kaudu. Oodatavad tulud võimaldavad taastada omakapitali nõutud taseme ning tagada ühingu finantsseisundi jätkusuutlikkus edaspidi.
