      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Läänesaar ja lapsed OÜ põhitegevusalaks on asutamisest alates olnud mootorsõidukite osade müük (EMTAK 45311). Kuna ühelgi tegevusaastal ei ole jõutud kasumini netovara nõue ei ole täidetud ja osakapitali taastamiseni ei ole jõutud, otsustas ettevõtte juhatus 2023.

      aastal hakata täiendavalt pakkuma taksovedu. Teenus käivitus alles majandusaasta lõpus. Otsuseni jõuti juunis 2023 ja sealt alates tegeleti aktiivselt vajaliku masinapargi ning lubade soetamisega. Seega olulist kasumit bilansipäevaks saadud ei ole. Tänaseks on lisateenus käivitunud ning i kvartali lõpuga oli teenitud enam kui 2500-eurone kasum. Seega on lootust omakapitali nõue lähiaastatel taastada.
