      GASTRONOMIST OÜ tegevusaruanne 2024

      Gastronomist OÜ tegevus on peamiselt seotud toitlustamisega 2023 aastal alustas tööd Gastronomist OÜ enda söögikoht Gastronomist Takeaway, mis tõi stabiilset igakuist tulu. 2024 aastal toimis söögikoht rahuldavalt, aga ettevõtte arenemiseks otsustati söögikoht sulgeda 2024 detsembris selleks, et jätta rohkem ressursse oma suurema söögikoha opereerimiseks.

      2024 aasta augusti lõpus avas Gastronomist OÜ uue restorani ja toitlustuskoha nimega Gastronomist Restoran & Terrass. Restorani avamine tõi kaasa palju avamiskulusid mille katmiseks on panustanud täiendavat kapitali osanikud.

      Avamiskulutused viisid 2024 aasta kogutulemi alla netovara nõude miinimumpiiri, aga restoran plaanib 2025. aastal suurema teenimispotensiaaliga ettevõtte omakapitali nõude taastada kuna ettevõte müügipool kogub veel hoogu.
