      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Metsistus OÜ asutati jaanuaris 2021. Ettevõtja peamiseks tegevusalaks on metsakasvatus ja muud metsamajanduse tegevusalad.

      Aruandeperiood 11.01.2024-10.01.2025) lõppes kahjumiga summas 14 814 eurot (eelmine majandusaasta: kahjum 31 353 eurot).

      Aruandeperioodi lõpu seisuga oli omakapital negatiivne summas 14 870 eurot.

      Ettevõtja eesmärk on taastada omakapitali miinimumnõue 2025. aasta lõpuks või hiljemalt 2026. aasta kevadeks. Selleks on kavas osaleda uutes metsaistutuse ja metsalõikuse hangetes. Nimetatud tegevusvaldkond on ettevõtjale tuttav ja olemas on vajalikud kogemused ning kontaktid, mille abil on realistlik tagada piisav töömaht ja rahavood.

      Planeeritud on vähemalt 2-3 hanget, millest saadav tulu peaks katma vähemalt senise negatiivse omakapitali ulatuses kogunenud miinuse ning looma eeldused ka edasiseks kasumlikuks tegutsemiseks.
