      BetweenOceans international company OÜ (16152060) asutati 02.02.2021.a.

      Ettevõttele väljastati 08.03.2021 tegevusluba nr FVT000484 virtuaalvääringu teenuste osutamiseks.

      Aruandeperioodil puudusid äriühingul palgalised töötajad. Juhatuse liikmetele ametikohustuste täitmise eest palka ei makstud.

      Ettevõte sai viidud tähtaegselt vastavusse 2022 suvel jõustunud RahaPTS kõrgendatud nõuetega kuivõrd kavas oli litsentseeritud tegevust jätkata. RAB tühistas menetluse käigus ettevõtte tegevusloa. Ettevõte on RAB otsuse kohtus vaidlustanud. Positiivse tulemi korral on kavas litsentseeritud majandustegevusega jätkata.
