      Tuuletar Holding OÜ on asutatud 2021.a eesmärgiga koondada gruppi kuuluvad äriühingud valdusfirma all ühtse strateegilise juhtimise alla.

      Tuuletar ettevõtete grupis toimusid 2025.a muudatused, mille tagajärjel jäi Holdingule vaid üks tütarühing. Seetõttu ei ole holdingstruktuuri omamine mõttekas ning 26.06.2025.a võtsid Tuuletar OÜ ja Tuuletar Holding OÜ vastu ühinemisotsuse, kus Tuuletar Holding OÜ on ühendatav äriühing, mis kustutatakse äriregistrist ühinemiskande tegemisel.
