      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Seisuga 31.12.2025 oli ettevõtte omakapital negatiivne, mille kohaselt peab osaühingu netovara olema vähemalt pool osakapitalist.

      Omakapitali taastamiseks seadusega nõutud tasemele kavandab juhatus järgmistel majandusaastatel eelkõige müügitulu suurendamist ning äritegevuse kasumlikkuse parandamist. Müügitulu kasvu kaudu plaanib ettevõte teenida kasumit, mis taastab omakapitali äriseadustiku nõuetele vastavale tasemele.

      Ettevõte on jätkuvalt tegutsev.
