      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Elamusööd OÜ (edaspidi ettevõte), mille tegevusvaldkonnaks on frantsiisina puhkemaja teenuse pakkumine, asutati 23.04.2021. Ettevõtte peamine tegevusvaldkond on arendada turismi Läänemaal elamust pakkuva ööbimisega. Elamusööd OÜ omad ühte peegelmaja ja ühte peegelsauna tootjalt ÖÖD OÜ, mille öö-põhise rendiga tegeletakse.

      Ettevõtte müügitulu aastal 2024 oli 32 346 EUR (2023:33 702 EUR), millest kahjumiks kujunes 6 298 EUR (202: kasum 3 407 EUR). Ettevõtte oli 2024 aastal 1 töötaja ja tööjõukulud kokku olid 14 239 EUR (2023:13 747 EUR). Ettevõtte omakapital on 31.12.2024 seisuga 3 355 EUR (2023:9 653 EUR).

      Juhtkonnale muid tasusid ei makstud ning muid olulisi soodustusi ei antud.
