      Osaühing on teadlik, et seisuga 31.12.2024 ei vasta Osaühingu kapital ÄS § 176 sätestatud nõuetele. Ettevõtte raamatupidamise aastaaruanne on koostatud lähtudes ettevõtte tegevuse jätkumisest. Juhatuse hinnangul ei tekita negatiivne omakapital ettevõttele majandusraskusi 2025.
