      Ottoke OÜ on asutatud 30.04.2021.

      Aruandeperioodil oli ettevõtte peamiseks tegevusalaks pagaritoodete valmistamine.

      Aruandeperioodi lõpu seisuga on Ottoke OÜ omakapital negatiivne ega vasta äriseadustikus sätestatud nõuetele. Tegemist on ajutise olukorraga.

      Järgmisel majandusaastal on plaanis muuta etegevusala ning keskenduda tulusamale äritegevusele. Kavandatavate muudatuste eesmärk on parandada ettevõtte majandustulemusi ja taastada ettevõtte omakapital.
