      Lendorse SPV OU asutati 2021 aastal.

      Lendorse SPV OÜ on spetsialiseerunud üliöpilastele tuluosa lepingute (ISA) pakkumisele. ISA alusel toetab Lendorse rahaliselt öpilase öppekulusid. Vastutasuks nöustub üliöpilane parast kooli löpetamist ja toökoha kindlustamist tagasi maksma eelnevalt kindlaksmäaratud protsendi oma tulevasest palgast. Praegu on Lendorse SPV OÜ rahastanud gruppi tudengeid ja saab tagasimakseid neilt, kes on oma karjaäri alustanud.

      Kul uliöpilased löpetavad ja hakkavad tagasi maksma, piisab kulude katmiseks 10% käsitlustasust, mille Lendorse SPV OÜ saab.

      Raha üliöpilastele on eraldatud ja uusi investeeringuid ei plaanita.

      Ettevötte rahastamine tuleb aktsiakapitali suurendamisest, mille panustavad aktsionärid. Need aktsionarid koosnevad söpradest ja tuttavatest, kes soovivad öpilasi toetada.
