      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Laagna Invest OÜ (edaspidi ettevõte), mille tegevusvaldkonnaks on restonranide pidamine (Maikrahv ja Vana Toomas), on loodud 05.05.2021 aastal eesmärgiga pakkuda kvaliteetseid maitseid Tallinnas Raekoja platsi vahetus läheduses asuvates restoranides, nii turistidele kui ka kohalikele.

      Ettevõtte kolmanda tegevusaasta eesmärk oli käibe kasv vähemalt 1 350 000€-ni ning investeeringud sisustusse ja köögitehnikasse, mis sai peaaegu täidetud.

      Kogu käive 2023. aastal oli 1 043 013€ (2022:919 149€) ning kahjumiks kujunes 134 146€ (2022 kasum: 17 314€). Kahjumi suurenemine on tugevalt seotud Ukraina sõja ja kommunaalteenuste kiire kasvuga, mis on raskendanud stabiilset kasvu.

      31.12.2023 seisuga on ettevõtte omakapital -137 999€ (2022:-3 163€). 31.12.2023 aasta seisuga töötas ettevõttes 15 töötajat ning tööjõukulu kokku oli 329 824€ (2022:171 066€).

      2024. aastaks on juhtkond planeerinud kasvatada käivet 1 500 000€-ni. Panustada turundusse, et suurendada Aasia kliendi osakaalu ning

      Soome kliendi osakaalu hooaja välisel ajal.

      Juhtkonnale muid tasusid ei makstud ning muid olulisi soodustusi ei antud.
