      Osaühing GlassClass on asutatud 26.05.2021 eesmärgiga pakkuda nii kodu- kui välisturgude klientidele atraktiivseid ja tehniliselt innovatiivseid lahendusi kompaktsete klaasehitiste valdkonnas.

      2024 aasta müügitulu oli ca 257,9 tuhat eurot (2023a. müügitulu oli 300 tuhat eurot).

      Ettevõtte juhatus on üheliikmeline, juhatuse liikme tasu ettenähtud ei ole. Juhatuse liikmele ametikohalt lahkumisel või vabastamisel täiendavaid kompensatsioone ja hüvitisi ei maksta.

      Aruandeperioodil töötas ettevõttes kaks lepingulist töötajat, kellele arvestatud palgakulu (sh sotsiaalmaksud) kokku moodustas ca 26 tuhat eurot.

      Ettevõte 2024 aastal arengu- ega uurimisväljaminekuid ei teinud, nimetatud väljaminekuid ei planeerita ka 2025 aastaks.

      Ettevõte on jätkuvalt tegutsev.
