      OÜ Vee Ääres on 2021 aastal asutatud ettevõte, mille tegevusvaldkonnaks on majutusteenuse pakkumine Haapsalus Promenaadi hotellis.

      2024 aastal teeniti tulu 314 tuhat eurot (2023 aastal 246 tuhat eurot) ja majandusaasta lõpetati tulemusega 0,3 tuhat eurot (2023 aastal oli kahjum 30 tuhat eurot).

      Järgneval majandusaastal jätkatakse tegevust samas valdkonnas. Sihtgrupiks on nii kohalik kui välisturist. Ettevõtte juhatuse liikmele maksti 2024. aastal tasu 8 tuhat eurot (2023 aastal 6 tuhat eurot).

      Järgneval majandusaastal plaanitakse hotelli renoveerimist.
