      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Touch OÜ on asutatud 03.08.2021. Ettevõtte tegutseb IT valdkonnas.

      Esimesel aruandeperioodil teostati investeeringud tarkvarasse - paraku projekt ebaõnnestus algfaasis, mistõttu hinnati investeering alla. 2023.

      aastal tegeleti uute tegevussuundade väljatöötamisega, 2024. a tegeletakse nende turule toomisega.

      Eelnevast tulenevalt on ettevõtte omakapital 31.12.2023 seiusga negatiivne. Osanikud planeerivad täiendavat sissemakset 2024. aastal, kui äritegevuse kasumist ei ole võimalik omakapitali puudujääki katta.

      Ettevõte on jätkuvalt tegutsev.
