      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Luxrull OÜ (edaspidi nimetatud ka Osaühing) registreeriti äriregistris 10.08.2021.a. Osaühingu osakapital on 2 500 eurot Osaühingu peamiseks tegevusalaks oli 2024. aastal rullmassaazi teenuse osutamine.

      Osaühingu juhatus on 1-liikmeline. Juhatusele 2024. aastal tasu ei makstud.

      2024. aasta augustis müüdi Luxrulli bränd koos seadmetega ning rullmassaazi salongi tegevus lõpetati.

      Aastal 2025 on osaühingul plaanis uus tegevusvaldkond: hulgi- ja jaekaubandus.
