      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      NKN Ehitus OÜ (edaspidi "ettevõte") juht esitab käesolevaga oma tegevusaruande 31.detsembril 2024 lõppenud majandusaasta kohta.

      Ettevõte asutati 6. septembril 2021, ettevõtte põhitegevusealaks on elamute ja mitteelamuhoonete ehitus.

      Ettevõttel ei toimunud 31.detsembril 2024 lõppenud majandusperioodil majandustegevust. Ettevõte kandis 2024.aasta alguses eelmise perioodi majandustegevusest tingitud kulutusi, seega on aruandeperioodi tulemus 2 402 eurot puhaskahjumit. Varade kogumaht 31.detsembri 2024 seisuga on 3 229 eurot.

      Ettevõte plaanib 2025. aastal jätkata oma põhitegevusega. Lähiaastatel plaanib ettevõte oma finantstulemusi parandada, võttes arvesse ehitusmaterjalide hinna tõusu. Jätkusuutliku kasvu eesmärgil plaanib ettevõte investeerida teatud masinatesse ja seadmetesse, et võimaldada vajalike masinate ja seadmete kättesaadavust nii ettevõtte enda kavandatavatel projektidel, kui ka potentsiaalselt laiendada pakutavaid teenuseid. Põhiline eesmärk on leida uusi kliente ning vajadusel suurendada ka tööjõudu.
