      Salmistu Kapital OÜ on asutatud 27.09.2021. Ettevõtte põhitegevuseks on omanike kinnisvara haldamine ning varade investeerimine finantsturgudel, peamiselt Balti ja välismaa börsidel. Alates juunist 2024 üürib ettevõte välja omanikele kuuluva korteri Tallinnas Tuukri tänaval.

      Aastal 2025 investeeriti finantsturgudele osa tulust, mis teeniti korteri üürimisest.
