      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      PG Oil OÜ asutati 2021. aastal Pro Grupp Invest OÜ tütarettevõttena. Ettevõtte tegevusalaks on toiduõli ning koogi tootmine õlikultuuridest.

      Nimetatud toodang müüakse peaasjalikult emaettevõttele, misläbi luuakse komponentide ning hindade kindlus ostjale.

      2022. aastal sõlmiti tehase ja punkerlao rajamise leping, tehas valmis 2023 aasta talvel ning alustati tootmisega. Antud investeering võimaldab väärindada Eesti põllumajandustootjate poolt kasvatatud õliseemneid ja kasutada söötades kohalikku kvaliteetset tooret.

      2023. aastal suurendati PG Oil OÜ osakapitali 1 320 000.- EUR võrra, et parandada ettevõtte paindlikkust rapsiseemne ostmisel.

      Ettevõttes töötas 1 täistööajaga töötaja.

      PG Oil OÜ was established in 2021 as a subsidiary of Pro Grupp Invest OÜ. The company's main activity is the production of cooking oil and cake from oil crops. The aforementioned products are mainly sold to the parent company, thereby ensuring the certainty of components and prices for the buyer. In 2022, a contract was signed for the construction of a factory and bunker warehouse, with an investment of approximately 8.4M EUR. The factory will be completed by the beginning of 2023. Production began in January 2023. This investment allows the processing of oilseeds grown by Estonian farmers
