      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Premium Fassaad OÜ on Eesti erakapitalil põhinev ehitustöödega tegelev ettevõte, mis tegeleb põhiliselt fassaadide ja katuste ehituse ning renoveerimisega.

      Sõltuvalt tellijate vajadustest teostab Premium Fassaad OÜ nii väikesemahulisi renoveerimisi kui ka mastaapseid ja keerukaid komplekslahendusi.

      Projektide täitmisel kasutatakse ainult pikaaegse kogemusega usaldusväärseid partnereid ning maailma juhtivate materjalitootjate toodangut.

      Põhilised fassaaditööde tellijad 2023. aastal on olnud tuntud eesti ehitusettevõted, sealhulgas Merko Ehitus AS, Nobe OÜ ja Mapri Ehitus OÜ.

      2023.aasta käive oli 1 692 442 eurot, kahjum 52 719 eurot ja tööjõukulu oli 251 712 eurot.

      2024 aastaks prognoosib ettevõtte juhtkond võrreldes 2023 aastaga käive suurenemist ca 10% võrra.

      Premium Fassaad OÜ juhatus oli aruandeperioodil üheliikmeline ning juhatuse liikmele tasu ei makstud, samuti ei osutatud erisoodustusi.
