      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Skivor OÜ peamiseks tegevusalaks on krohvimistööd. Tellijateks on enamasti juriidilised isikud ja korteriühistud. Aktiivne töö toimub perioodil aprill (mai) - oktoober (november), tegemist on hooajatööga. Töö teostamine on sõltuv ilmastikust.

      2023. aastal kasvatati müügikäivet ca 12%, sealjuures tõusid ka põhitegevuse kulud ca 50%. Kulude kasvu tingis peamiselt materjalide hinnatõus.

      2024. aastaks loodame säilitada stabiilse müügitulu, kulusid vähendada ja jääda kasumisse. Ehitusturg on passiivne ja mõjutab ettevõtte käekäiku.
