      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      2024. aasta teisel poolel alustas ettevõte aktiivset tegevust. Vaatamata sellele, et tegevus oli seotud kinnisvara ostu-müügiga, tekkisid selles valdkonnas ka muud sellega seotud teenused, näiteks: finantskonsultatsioon või mitmesugused teenused erinevate kinnisvaratehingute teostamisel. Sellega seoses otsustas üks omanikest diversifitseerida tulu, et hajutada muud äritegevused.

      2024. aasta lõpus oli otsustatud teise omaniku osalus välja osta ja ettevõte ümber nimetada HUB Invest OÜ-ks. Juhatus otsustas alates uuest 2025. aastast alustada dokumentide ettevalmistamist hüpoteekkrediidivahendaja tegevusloa saamiseks Finantsinspektsiooni poolt. HUB Invest

      OÜ majandusaasta 2024.a lõpuks oli kasumit 34 139,86 eurot.
