      CK Cafe OÜ on asutatud 10.12.2021. Ettevõtte tegevusalaks on restoranid ja toitlustamine.

      2023.aasta majandusaasta müügitulu oli 352 360 EUR ja puhaskahjum -47 953 EUR.

      Ettevõttes töötas keskmiselt 5 töötajat. CK Cafe oü juhatuses on 1 liige kellele maksti töötasu 13 745 EUR;

      Ettevõtte netovara oli majandusaasta lõpu seisuga negatiivne - tegemist oli teise tegevuaastaga ja kulud ületasid tulusid.

      Kuna netovara ei vasta seaduses toodud nõuetele sai juunis 2024 muudetud ettevõtte põhikirja ning moodustatud vabatahtlik reserv eesmärgiga katta kahjumit. 2024. aasta peamisteks ülesanneteks on ettevõtte kasumlikkuse suurendamine viimaks netokapitali vastavusse nõuetega.
