      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      2025. aastal võõrandas Farmada Pajupesa Elurajoon OÜ oma viimase arendusobjekti ning alustas uue arendusprojekti – Pajupesa Elurajooni – ettevalmistamisega. Arendusprojekti raames on käimas detailplaneeringute koostamine ja menetlemine. Juhatuse hinnangul valmivad detailplaneeringud eelduslikult 2026. aasta lõpuks, mille järel on võimalik alustada ehitustegevusega. Ettevõttel on aruande esitamise ajal maksuvõlg, mis saab tasutud tulevaste tulude arvelt.

      Juhatuse hinnangul on ettevõte jätkuvalt tegutsev ning raamatupidamise aastaaruanne on koostatud tegevuse jätkuvuse printsiibist lähtudes.

      Likviidsus- ja tururiskide maandamiseks on juhatus kavandanud mitmeid meetmeid. Ettevõte keskendub detailplaneeringute võimalikult kiirele menetlemisele, et luua eeldused uue arendusprojekti elluviimiseks. Likviidsuse tagamiseks peab juhatus läbirääkimisi finantseerijatega olemasolevate finantseerimistingimuste paindlikumaks muutmiseks ning vajaduse korral kaasab täiendavat finantseerimist krediidiasutustelt või muudelt finantseerijatelt.
