      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Sterefood OÜ on asutatud 28. detsembril 2021. a. Sterefood OÜ opereerib Tallinnas Viru Keskuses asuvat restorani Stereo Street Food.

      Ettevõtte 2023. aasta müügitulu oli 323 602 eurot ning majandusaasta lõppes 25 651 eurose kahjumiga. Ettevõtte müügitulu suurenes võrreldes eelmise majandusaastaga 153 082 ning kahjum vähenes 6 943 euro võrra.Majandusaastal ettevõte uusi materiaalseid põhivarasid ei soetanud.

      2023. aastal kuulus ettevõtte juhatusse kaks liiget, kellele töötasu ei makstud.

      2023. aastal oli ettevõttel keskmiselt seitse töötajat, kelle palgakulu oli kokku 107 507 eurot.

      2023. aasta lõpu seisuga on ettevõtte omakapital 55 745 euroga miinuses, seega on nõutava omakapitali puudujääk 58 245 eurot. Ettevõtte 2024 - 2026. aasta eesmärgiks on teenida niipalju kasumit, et viia ettevõtte omakapital vastavusse Äriseadustiku nõuetega.

      Ettevõtte 2024. aasta müügituluks on prognoositud 360 000 eurot ning puhaskasumiks 15 000 eurot.
