      Tegevusaruanne 2022

      Naari kalatalu OÜ on 2022 aasta veebruarikuus asutatud äriühing, mille põhitegevusalaks on kala, vähilaadsete ja limuste töötlemine ja säilitamine (EMTAK 10201). Oma tooteid pakutakse nii Eestis kui ka naaberriikides.

      Esimene aruandeaasta veel oodatud edu ei toonud. Müügikäive jäi tagasihoidlikuks, samas kulud toorainele ja materjalidele ning äriühingu töö käimalükkamisele olid suured ning aasta lõpetati kahjumlikult. Ka omakapital sattus löögi alla. Õnneks maksevõimenäitajad olid rahuldavad ja arvete ning kohustuste tasumisega äriühingul probleeme polnud.

      ROE - 2023. aastal on peamiseks eesmärgiks piisava kasumi saavutamine, et seeläbi katta tekkinud omakapitali puudujääk ning taastada aasta lõpuks omakapitali vastavus Äriseadustikule. Eesmärgi saavutamiseks optimeeritakse kulusid ja planeeritakse teha suuremat reklaamitööd, et saada juurde uusi kliente ning suurendada müügitulu.
