      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Sunly Solar 3 OÜ on asutatud 11.05.2022 Sunly Holding OÜ (kuni 08.04.2024 Sunly Solar Holding OÜ) poolt eesmärgiga arendada, omada ja hallata Sunly AS (kuni 25.02.2022 Sunly Land AS) grupi Eesti riigis paiknevaid päikeseenergia projekte.

      Aprillis 2024 müüs Sunly Solar 3 OÜ Risti päikesepargi grupi ettevõttele Metsapäike Risti OÜ-le. Ettevõtte 2024. aasta eesmärgiks oli tagada Risti päikesepargi arendusprojekti koguvõimsusega 244 MW varade üleandmine Metsapäike Risti OÜ-le, mille eesmärgiks päikesepargi arenduse lõpuleviimine ning alustada ehitusega. Ettevõtte 2025.a. eesmärgiks oli omandada ja arendada uusi päikeseenergia projekte.

      2026. aasta eesmärgiks on potentsiaalsete taastuvenergiaparkide arendamine, ehitamine ja opereerimine.

      31.12.2025 seisuga oli Sunly Solar 3 OÜ osakapital 2 500 eurot, aruandeaasta kahjum oli 6 752 eurot.
