      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Sissejuhatus

      Igikelts OÜ (edaspidi ettevõte) registreeriti 21.07.2022. aastal ja peamisteks tegevusaladeks aruandeaastal ja 2025.aastal on: (cid:127) kinofilmide ja videote tootmine - EMTAK 59111 järgi; (cid:127) programmeerimine - EMTAK 62101 järgi.

      (cid:127) visuaalkunstiloome - EMTAK 90121 järgi.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum

      Aruandeaastal moodustas Igikelts OÜ müügitulu 27 293 eurot.

      Ettevõtte ärikasumiks kujunenes 73 eurot ja puhaskasumiks jäi 69 eurot.

      Investeeringud

      Aruandeaastal investeeriti põhivaradesse kokku 10 564 eurot.

      2025. aastaks on planeeritud investeeringuid põhivaradesse 5 000 eurot.

      Olulisi uurimis- ja arendustegevuse kulusid aruandeaastal ei esinenud ja 2025.aastaks ei ole samuti planeeritud.

      Personal

      Aruandeaastal oli keskmine töötajate arv 1 ning kogu tööjõukulu oli kokku 15 116 eurot.

      Juhatuses on üks liige, eraldi tegevjuhti ei ole. Juhatuse liikmetele eraldi tasu ei makstud.

      Eraldi soodustusi ja tasu juhatuse liikme tagasikutsumisel või ametist lahkumisel ei ole ette nähtud.

      Eesmärgid järgmiseks majandusaastaks

      Ettevõtte põhieesmärgiks järgmisel majandusaastal on suurendada käivet vähemalt 2023 aasta tasemini. Erilist tähelepanu pööratakse kasumlikkuse suurendamisele.
