The Company Story
We are a small consultation team working with social and welfare sector organisations to strengthen human-centred and legal-based approaches to everyday work.
Many service providers face difficulties in assessing and planning support in a way that respects human rights; documentation and work practices may not support meaningful, recovery-enhancing approaches; management and teamwork often lack practical tools for feedback, conflict resolution and employee retention.
p>We offer customised training, regular supervision, coaching for managers and teams, and development support so that knowledge and values can be translated into daily practices and organisations can create a culture of sustainable learning and quality development.p>Our work is based on human rights principles and WHO QualityRights values, focusing on practical and sector-specific advice and close cooperation. We approach changing the working culture patiently and on a cooperative basis to reduce stigmatising language, strengthen the resilience of employees and make the impact and results of services more visible.
