      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Aruandeaastal 2024 keskendus GERDO ja Meistrid OÜ oma tegevuses peamiselt väikemahuliste ehitustööde ja siseviimistluse teenuste osutamisele. Ettevõtte põhitegevus hõlmas korterite ja eramute renoveerimist, viimistlustöid ning väiksemahulisi konstruktsioonitöid.

      Aasta jooksul kasvas ettevõtte müügitulu võrreldes eelmise aastaga märgatavalt 13 940 eurolt 25 690 euroni. Kasvu toetas stabiilne tellimuste hulk ja varasemate klientide tagasiside toel laienenud kliendibaas. Teenuseid osutati peamiselt Lõuna-Eesti piirkondades.

      Tööjõukulude kajastamine on seotud ühe täistööajaga töötaja kaasamisega, mis aitas tõsta tööde efektiivsust ja kvaliteeti. Kulude kasvu mõjutasid ka hinnatõus ehitusmaterjalide turul ning väikeste töömahtude kõrged ühikukulud.

      Laenukohustusi ega garantiisid ettevõttel ei olnud.

      GERDO ja meistrid OÜ jätkab oma tegevust jätkusuutlikult ning plaanib 2025. aastal suurendada töömahtusid läbi parema turunduse ja võimalusel täiendava tööjõu kaasamise.
