      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      ARIGANEM OÜ on asutatud 28.10.2022.a. Ettevõtte põhitegevuseks on rahvusvaheliste transporditeenuste korraldamine. 2024 majandusaastal olid ettevõtte kliendid kolmandast riigist ja Euroopa Liidust.

      2023. aasta lõpetas ettevõte kahjumiga. 2024. aastal ettevõte oma eesmärke ei täitnud ning esinesid põhjused, mis mõjutasid omanike otsust ettevõte 2024. aastal likvideerida.

      Põhjused: - käimasolev sõda Ukrainas - majanduslik ja geopoliitiline olukord maailmas.

      31.08.2024 võeti vastu otsus firma likvideerida.

      20.07.2025 kuupäevaga koostatud lõplik likvideerimisaruanne.
