      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Osaühingu OK Rivning põhitegevusalaks on eriehitustööd, sh ehitusplatside ettevalmistus ja puhastus, seotud ekskavaatoritööd ning samuti lammutustööd.

      Jätkuvalt 2024.aastal äriühing on teostanud eriehitustöid Põhja-Rootsis muuhulgas pikaajalise projekti Västra lammutustööd raames mis algas juulis 2024 ning mille eeldatav lõpp on juuli 2025.

      2023-l aastal alanud Saksamaal kõnniteede sillutamistööd ning osaliselt lammutustööd oli peatatud 2024.aastal seoses käimasolevate projektidega Eestis.

      2024-l aastal on OK Rivning OÜ on teostanud töid Eestis sellistel projektidel nagu: Kalaranna 28, Rahumäe tee 4a, Videviku 31, Valdeku tn 54 (elamu rekonstrueerimistööd), Kopli 70a (Krulli kvartal), Tallinn, J. Kunderi tn 14 korteriühistu, Kalevi jahtklubi Pirita tee 17, Mäealuse 6d, Aiandi 18, Tallinn, lammutustööd Bekkeri sadamas, Kalaranna 28, Tallinn, Roosikrantsi tn 2, Tallinn jms.

      Äriühingu põhilisteks püsikliendigrupideks on: - Rootsi siseturul klientideks keskmise suurusega ettevõtted, kes teostavad hangetöid - Eesti turul tellijateks on peamiselt ehitusfirmad.

      Keskmine täistööajaga töötajate arv 2024.aastal oli 14.
