      Üldandmed

      OÜ Profitimber on 100% Eesti kapitalil põhinev osaühing, mille põhitegevuseks on metsandusega seotud teenuste osutamine, metsamaterjali ost ja müük, ning vajadusel metsade majandamine ja/või puidutoodete müük. Ettevõte on registreeritud äriregistris alates 2022. aastast ja tegutseb valdavalt Eesti turul.

      Tegevusvaldkond ja olulisemad sündmused 2024. aastal aastal keskendus ettevõte oma tegevuste konsolideerimisele ja kuluefektiivsemale majandamisele. Majandusaasta jooksul säilitati aktiivne koostöövõrgustik kohalike metsaomanike ja puidutööstusettevõtetega. Ettevõtte põhitegevusteks olid: metsamaterjali ost ja müük (paberipuit, küttepuu, saepalk) metsa ülestöötamine ja transporditeenused nõustamisteenused metsaomanikele (raie- ja hoolduskavad, metsade inventeerimine)

      Majandusaasta jooksul ei toimunud olulisi muudatusi äriühingu juhtkonnas ega struktuuris.

      Majandustulemused aasta aruandeperioodil teenis OÜ Profitimber 4 767 € kasumit. Arvestades sektori hinnakõikumisi ja sisendkulude kasvu (sh kütus, tööjõud), peetakse tulemust heaks. Käibe suurenemist toetas mõõdukas nõudlus siseturul ning optimeeritud kulustruktuur.

      aasta lõpu seisuga oli bilansimaht 22 376 €. Ettevõttel ei olnud pikaajalisi kohustusi ja bilanss püsis tasakaalus.

      Investeeringud aastal tehti piiratud mahus investeeringuid töövahendite ja seadmete hooldusesse. Ettevõte ei soetanud uut põhivara ega sõlminud pikaajalisi rendilepinguid.

      Töötajad aasta jooksul ei olnud ettevõttel püsivaid palgalisi töötajaid. Vajadusel kaasati alltöövõtjaid konkreetsete projektide teostamiseks. Juhtimine toimus omaniku osalusel.

      Keskkonna- ja sotsiaalne vastutus

      Ettevõte tegutseb vastutustundlikult ning järgib kõiki metsaseadusest ja keskkonnanõuetest tulenevaid kohustusi. Raiete teostamisel on arvestatud metsade uuenemisvõime ja keskkonnakaitseliste aspektidega.

      Olulisemad riskid ja ebakindlus

      Peamisteks riskideks jäävad: tooraine turuhindade kõikuvus ilmastikuolud, mis mõjutavad raietöid ja logistikakulude suurust tihenemised regulatsioonides, sh keskkonnanõuete karmistumine

      Ettevõte maandab neid riske lepinguliste kindlustuste, paindliku töökorralduse ja kulude kontrolli kaudu.
