      Kuurordi Investeeringud OÜ on registreeritud Äriregistiris 14.12.2022, esimese majandusaasta pikkuseks kujunes periood 14.12.2022-31.12.2023.

      Ettevõtte tegevusala on valdusfirma, ettevõte omab AS Haapsalu Kuurort aktsiad. Aruandekuupäeva seisuga omab Kuurordi Investeeringud OÜ 100% AS Haapsalu Kuurort aktsiatest. 96% AS Haapsalu Kuurort aktsiatest on tasutud nelja endise AS Haapsalu Kuurort aktsionäri poolt mitterahalise sisemaksena Kuurordi Investeeringud OÜ omakapitali detsembris 2022 ja 4% AS Haapsalu Kuurort aktsiatest omandati väikeaktsionärilt aprillis 2023.

      Palgalisi töötajaid ettevõttes aruandeperioodil ei olnud, ettevõtte tegevust kajastas juhatus ja vajadusel osteti sisse teenuseid.
