      Rapata OÜ kanti äriregistrisse 14.02.2023.a.

      Firma tegevusalaks on jookide serveerimine Haapsalu välikohvikus suveperioodil.

      Ettevõte ostis 2023. aastal ära välikohviku pidamise õigused Haapsalu vanalinnas. Lisaks ostutehingule kaasnenud kulutusega kaasnesid ehitus- ja remondikulutused kohviku interjööri värskendamiseks, et tihedas konkurentsis vastu pidada.

      2023 a. müügikäive oli 97 tuhat eurot. Ettevõtte tööjõukulud olid 38 009 eurot, millest palgakulu moodustas 28 407 eurot.

      31.12.2023 seisuga ettevõtte netovara ei vasta seaduses toodud nõuetele seoses kohviku ostu ja selle remondiga seotud kulude tõttu, kuid ettevõtte eesmärk on esimese kahe tegevusaasta jooksul jõuda kasumisse, et netovara vastaks seaduses toodud nõuetele.

      2024. aastal on plaanis jätkata samas kohvikus jookide serveerimisega.
