      1MT Nation UG OÜ 1MT Nation UG OÜ on asutatud 17.02.2023 ja on 1MT Nation OÜ (TopCo) tütarettevõte, mis on asutatud tegevuse juhtimiseks ja järelevalveks Uganda turul.

      Tegevused 2023 1MT Nation UG OÜ 2023. aasta põhisaavutuseks olid teostatavusuuring, süsinikprojekti registreerimine Verra registris ning 400ha pilootprojekti elluviimine Põhja-Ugandas.

      Finantsülevaade 2023. aasta müügitulu puudumise tõttu ei vasta ettevõtte omakapital aruandeaasta lõpupäevaga Äriseadustiku §-i 176 nõuetele. Omakapital loodetakse vastavaks viia 2024-2025. a majandustegevusega.
