      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Osaühing Eestiilu on loodud 01.03.2023 ja ettevõtte tegevusalaks on massaaziteenuste pakkumine.

      Aruandeaasta müügitulu oli 16 495 eurot ja ettevõtte lõpetas majandusaasta 10 078 eurose kahjumiga.

      Ettevõttes oli aruandeaastal 1 töötaja ja talle arvestati tasu 14 045 eurot (sisaldab sotsiaalmaksu ja töötuskindlustusmaksu kulusid).

      Äriseadustiku § 176 sätestab, et kui osaühingul on netovara vähem kui pool osakapitalist või vähem kui 2500 eurot (ÄS § 136), siis peavad omanikud võtma tarvitusele abinõud, et taastada netovara miinimum nõudes. 31.12.2024 seisuga ei vasta ettevõtte netovara äriseadustiku nõuetele. Omanik on otsustanud netovara nõude täita 2025 aasta kasumi arvelt.
