      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      AR Parking on ambitsioonikas, noor ja arenev ettevõte, kelle missiooniks on parkimisprobleemide lahendamine ning linnaruumi väärtustamise läbi inimeste elukvaliteedi tõstmine. Seda nii Eestis, Balti riikides kui ka Skandinaavias. Oleme keskendunud parkimismoodulite müügile, paigaldusele ja hooldusele. Slogan „Parkla asemel park“ võtab hästi kokku meie ideoloogia ja perspektiivi.

      Esimene mitmetasandiline automaatparkla paigaldati detsembris Tänavapuhastuse AS-i tellimusel Tallinna, Järve 37. Sealses parklas pargitakse automaatse tõstesüsteemi abil kuni kaheksa autot kohale, kuhu tavaliselt mahub parkima vaid kaks sõidukit. Kuigi vertikaalparkla asub kinnisel territooriumil, siis tasub seda oma silmaga uudistama tulla – oma visiidis tuleb lihtsalt eelnevalt meiega aeg kokku leppida.

      Mitmetasandilised automaatparklad on populaarsed seal, kus ei ole ruumi traditsiooniliste parklate jaoks või kus on maa lihtsalt liiga kallis.

      Parklate asendamine rohealadega või kogukonna ühise tegevusalaga on üha kiiremini kasvav trend Euroopas ja mujal arenenud maailmas, eriti üleurbaniseerunud keskkondades.

      2024. aastal keskendub ettevõte parkimismoodulite tutvustamisele ning potentsiaalsete huviliste kaardistamisele. Eesmärgiks on 2024. aastal sõlmida vähemalt ühe parkimismooduli ostu-müügi leping.
