      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Wear KaMa2 OÜ asutati 28.märtsil 2023. aastal. Ettevõtte põhitegevuseks on riiete jaemüük interneti teel. Aruandeperioodi (28.03.2023 - 31.12.2023) müügikäive oli 2861 eurot. Esimene aasta oli ettevõtte jaoks keeruline, kuna esmalt tuli uue tulijana tegeleda enda brändi ja oma toodete tutvustamisega. Keeruliseks osutus ka asjaolu, et ettevõte tuli turule ülemaailmse majanduskriisi olukorras, mis avaldas muuhulgas mõju ka kohalikule tarbijale. Kuivõrd kohaliku tarbija majanduslik ebakindlus oli 2023. aastal märkimisväärne, siis loobus tarbija esmajoones ka ettevõtte poolt müüdavate kaupade soetamisest. Kokkuvõtvalt ei näidanud majanduslangus 2023. aastal paranemise märke (majandusteadlaste väitel võib majanduse paranemise märke näha 2024. aasta viimases kvartalis). Eeltoodud põhjustest tulenevalt lõpetatigi esimene aasta kahjumiga 5 659 €.

      Omakapitali taastamiseks plaanib ettevõte võtta kasutusele muud abinõud, st suurendada 2024. aastal käivet, vähendada kulusid ja kohustusi, mille tulemusena suureneb kasum ja negatiivne omakapital taastub. Ettevõtte rahavood igapäevaseks majandamiseks on piisavad, st ettevõttel ei ole probleeme klientide tellimuste täitmisega ega igakuiste püsikulude katmisega.

      Osaühing Wear KaMa2 on juhatuse hinnangul jätkuvalt tegutsev ning plaanib oma tegevust põhitegevusalal jätkata ka 2024.aastal. Meil ei ole kavatsust ega vajadust ettevõtet likvideerida, olulisel määral vähendada selle tegevuse ulatust või sooritada olulisi tehinguid ebasoodsatel tingimustel.
