      Usaldusfond Wise Guys Club Fund 3 (edaspidi “Fond”) on 2023. aastal asutatud alternatiivne investeerimisfond, eesmärk on investeerida ettevõtete omakapitaliinstrumentidesse. Fondi täisosanik on Wise Guys Club GP OÜ ning Fondivalitseja on fondivalitsemise lepingu alusel Wise

      Guys Ventures OÜ.

      2025. aastal jätkas Fond investeerimisportfelli ülesehitamist ja kapitali paigutamist. Aruandeperioodil tegi Fond ühe investeeringu aktsiate ostu lepingu (shares purchase agreement) alusel. Aruandeperioodil ei toimunud väljumisi ega investeeringute mahakandmisi. Seisuga 31. detsember 2025 oli Fondi netovara 5 499 945 eurot.
