      Juhatus on teadlik, et osaühingu omakapital on aruandeperioodi lõpuks endiselt negatiivne (-624 eurot) ja ei vasta äriseadustiku § 176 nõudele.

      Negatiivne omakapital tuleneb peamiselt ettevõtte kahel esimesel tegevusaastal (2023-2024) tehtud investeeringutest tegevuse käivitamisse ja arendamisse, mida on finantseeritud osaniku ja temaga seotud isiku antud laenudega (kokku 1 100 eurot bilansipäeva seisuga).

      2025. aastal saavutas ettevõte esmakordselt positiivse ärikasumi (274 eurot enne intressikulu), mis viitab äritegevuse jätkusuutlikkuse paranemisele. Juhatus kavatseb omakapitali taastada läbi äritegevuse käibe ja kasumlikkuse järjepidev kasvatamine järgnevatel perioodidel;

      Ettevõte tegutses stabiilselt ning käibe suurendamiseks ja tegevuse kasvatamiseks arendab ettevõtetele suunatud koolitus nii keeleõppes kui kommunikatsioonis üldisemalt. Seda toetas osalemine ettevõtlusinkubaatoris, jätkub ka suhtluskoolitus (Trigger Conversations).
