      Isekallur Tartu OÜ 2024. aasta tegevuse ülevaade

      Isekallur Tartu OÜ loodi 20.06.2023 eesmärgiga laiendada Isekallur OÜ kui emaettevõtte tegevust tütarettevõtte kaudu

      Lõuna-Eesti piirkonna teenindamiseks. Isekallur Tartu OÜ toetub oma ärimudelil emaettevõtte poolt väljatöötatud

      IT-lahendustele.

      Teise hooaja tulemused 2024 oli ettevõtte teine tegutsemisaasta, mille jooksul laiendati meeskonda ja masinaparki, pakkudes lisaks senistele transporditeenustele ka uusi teenuseid, et tugevdada positsiooni konkurentsitihedal turul. Hoolimata inflatsioonisurvest ja kasvavatest kuludest suudeti saavutada 316 256 eur suurune käive ning 4 800 eur suurune kasum.

      Finantssuhtarvude leidmiseks on kasutatud järgmisi valemeid:

      Brutokasumi marginaal = brutokasum/müügitulu x 100

      Netokasumi marginaal = netokasum/müügitulu x 100

      Omakapitali rentaablus = puhaskasum/omakapital x 100

      Tegevusplaanid 2025 majandusaastaks

      Plaan tuleneb Isekallur Tartu OÜ senisest edukast tegevusest Tartu piirkonnas, kus turg on hästi käima läinud ja klientide huvi teenuse vastu on järjepidevalt kasvanud. Emaettevõtte olemasolev tugistruktuur ning IT- lahendused võimaldavad jätkata teenuse pakkumist samal või paremal tasemel ka pärast tegevuse struktuurisisest liikumist. 2025 majandusaasta jooksul lõpetab Isekallur Tartu OÜ oma senise iseseisva tegevuse seoses kavandatud tegevuse liikumisega emaettevõttesse Isekallur OÜ. See toimub eesmärgiga koondada kogu Eesti tegevus ühe juriidilise isiku alla, et vähendada halduskoormust.

      Põhjendus ühinemise plaanidele (cid:127) Tartu piirkonna äritegevus on end tõestanud ja tööprotsessid on hästi sisse töötatud.

      (cid:127) Emaettevõtte olemasolevad ressursid ja süsteemid võimaldavad kuluefektiivsemalt juhtida kogu tegevust ühe ettevõtte alt.

      (cid:127) Halduskoormuse vähendamine ja lihtsustatud juhtimisstruktuur võimaldavad paremini keskenduda teenuse arendamisele ja turuosa kasvatamisele.

      Isekallur Tartu OÜ eesmärgid on täidetud - ettevõte on aidanud edukalt laiendada emaettevõtte teenuseid Lõuna-Eestis.

      Ühinemise järgselt jätkatakse tegevust samade teenuste ja sama meeskonnaga, kuid Isekallur OÜ kaubamärgi all.
