      Ettevõtte tutvustus

      ITALSCAND on Eesti ja Soome turul tegutsev ettevõte, mis keskendub Itaalia toidukultuuri edendamisele professionaalsete klientide seas. Meie tegevus hõlmab: - Autentsete Itaalia toiduainete ja kaupade importi - Kaasaegset keskkööki, mis valmistab gastronoomilisi lahendusi toitlustusettevõtetele - Kohapealset Cash & Carry tüüpi hulgiladu, mis võimaldab kiiret ja otsekohest ostmist

      Meie klientideks on restoranid, hotellid, kohvikud, edasimüüjad ja professionaalsed kokad, kes hindavad toodete kõrget kvaliteeti, päritolu ja järjepidevust. ITALSCAND ühendab Itaalia traditsioonid kaasaegsete teenustega, et pakkuda partneritele usaldusväärset, terviklikku ja väärtust loovat lahendust.

      Aastaaruanne 2024 – Tehtud tegevused ja tulemused

      Aastal 2024 keskendus ITALSCAND strateegilisele kasvule ja kvaliteedistandardite kindlustamisele.

      n Peamised saavutused:

      Laienes koostöövõrgustik: lisandus 12 uut tarnijat Itaaliast, sealhulgas käsitööjuustude ja premium veinitootjate esindajad

      Keskköögi moderniseerimine: investeeriti uutesse seadmetesse ja digitaliseeriti tootmisprotsessid

      Tootevaliku laiendamine: lisati 110 uut toodet, sh vegansõbralikud valikud ja piirkondlikud delikatessid

      Edukad ekspordipartnerlused Soomes: käivitus kaks püsikanalit Helsingis ja Tamperes

      Cash & Carry kasv: käive kasvas 18%, enim osteti pastasid, oliiviõlisid ja külmutatud valmistoite n Logistika ja teenindus:

      Tugevdati logistikapõhist koostööd Eestis ja Soomes (hübriidtransport, otsetarned)

      Parendati laoseisu jälgimist ja tellimuste täitmise kiirust (95% tellimustest täidetud <48h) 2025. aasta fookus ja plaanid

      Aastal 2025 seab ITALSCAND sihiks jätkusuutlikkuse, laienemise ja teenusepersonalisatsiooni.

      n Peamised prioriteedid:

      Laienemine uutele turgudele Baltikumis (Läti, Leedu)

      Uue e-poe platvormi käivitamine professionaalsetele klientidele

      Keskköögi tootmismahtude kahekordistamine

      Tootearenduse fookus – Itaalia regioonipõhiste retseptide ja hooajaliste valmistoitude loomine

      Cash & Carry ümberkujundamine – rohkem valikuid, kiiremad makselahendused, digitaalsed hinnasildid n Jätkusuutlikkus:

      Investeerime energiatõhususse ja pakendilahendustesse
