      Sissejuhatus

      Marymaris OÜ asutati 10. juulil 2023 ning alustas tegevust samal aastal. Osaühingu põhitegevusalaks on lõbustusparkide tegevus.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum

      Kogu 2025. aasta jooksul toimus aktiivne mängukeskuse ehitus. Perioodil 01.01.2025–31.12.2025 moodustas Marymaris OÜ müügitulu 0 eurot.

      Aruandeperioodi puhaskahjum oli 156 020 eurot.

      Personal

      Perioodil 01.01.2025-31.12.2025 töötajat ei olnud, kõik tööd teostas juhatuse liige. Juhatuse liige oli palgata.

      Eesmärgid järgmiseks majandusaastaks

      Marymaris OÜ juhtkond on rahul eelmisel aastal saavutatud tulemustega. Jooksva aasta põhieesmärk on tegevuse jätkamine. 2026. aasta alguses on kavandatud mängukeskuse avamine.
