      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Roosirig OÜ on pühendunud pakkuma maitsvaid toitusid läbi cateringi teenuse, teisaldatava haagise kaudu üritustel, kohviku pidamine MTÜ Mulgi Elamuskeskuses ning erinevate küpsetiste ja pidulaudadele toitude valmistamise näol. Peamised toidud, mida pakume on mulgipärased toidud ja erinevad värsked salatid.

      Eelmistel kahel majandusaastatel on teostatud suuremad investeeringud: 2023 aastal teisaldatav toiduhaagis ja cateringi pakkumise jaoks toidunõud 80-le inimesele, koduköögi tunnustamine PTA-s.

      Aastal 2024 köögitehnika täiustamine ning köögi renoveerimine. Käesoleval majandusaastal planeerib ettevõte soetada kinnisvara, mida ka täiustada ruumide küttekulude kokku hoidmiseks.

      Suuremad tuluallikad olid eelimisel aastal osalemine Viljandi Pärimusmuusika festivalil 2024 ja

      Urissaare kantri 2024. Kindlasti väga hea tulemuse andis ka MTÜ Mulgi elamuskeskuses olev kohvik, mille külastatavus oli rohkearvuline tänu lähedal olevale Wagenkülli lossi lilleaiale.

      Käesoleval aastal planeerib ettevõte 2 püsivat kohvipunkti MTÜ Mulgi elamuskeskusesse, üks alla parklasse (teisaldatav toiduhaagis), kus pakutakse värskeid poke kausi salateid ning mulgikeskuse siseõuele mulgipäraste toitude pakkumist. Lisaks kohvikutele ka osaleda suurüritustel- neljapäevasel

      Viljandi pärimusmuusika festivalil ning Urissaare kantri 2025 kahe päevasel sündmusel. Samuti jätkame cateringi teenuse pakkumisega.

      Kahel eelmisel aastal tekkinud kahjumi vähendamiseks on ettevõte planeerinud suurendada müüki tänu lisatud müügipunktile.
