      CRAYON ESTONIA OÜ tegevusaruanne 2024

      Crayon Estonia OÜ on osa Crayon Groupist, mis on üks suuremaid ülemaailmseid IT-ettevõtteid tarkvaralitsentside, pilvetehnoloogiate ning nendega seotud konsultatsiooniteenuste valdkonnas. Crayonil on üle 4000 töötaja 46 riigis üle maailma.

      2024.a. keskendusime oma peamistele konkurentsieelistele – pilvetehnoloogiate kompetents, tugevad suhted maailma juhtivate pilveteenuste pakkujatega, kõrgelt kvalifitseeritud spetsialistid ning kvaliteetne teenus klientidele – ja kliendisuhete arendamisele. Tootjatest tegime tihedat koostööd Amazon Web Services’ga, Microsoftiga ning Google’ga. Teenuste osas oli põhirõhk erinevatel pilvetehnoloogia ja küberturvalisuse alastel konsultatsioonidel ning lahenduste juurutamisel klientidele. Tegelesime ka Crayoni tuntuse kasvatamise ning uute müügivõimaluste tekitamisega läbi turundustegevuste. Peamised investeeringud 2024. aastal ja lähitulevikuks on seotud töötajate arvu ja nende kompetentside suurendamisega.

      2025. aastal jätkame valitud strateegia elluviimist, pakkudes klientidele kõrgel professionaalsel tasemel ja kvaliteetset teenust pilvetehnoloogiate kasutamiseks, IT kulutuste optimeerimiseks, küberturvalisuse tagamiseks ja innovatiivsete lahenduste loomiseks.

      Aruandeperioodi lõpu seisuga on Crayon Estonia OÜ omakapital negatiivne ning lühiajalised kohustused ületavad käibevarasid. Ettevõtte aastaaruanne on koostatud tegevuse jätkumise printsiibist lähtudes. Emaettevõte, Crayon Group AS (Norra), kinnitab oma valmisolekut ja suutlikkust jätkata Crayon Estonia OÜ finantsilist toetamist vähemalt 12 kuu jooksul alates aastaaruande kinnitamise kuupäevast. See toetus hõlmab vajadusel täiendavate rahaliste vahendite eraldamist, et tagada ettevõtte maksevõime ja tegevuse jätkumine.

      Ettevõtte juhtkond on koostanud rahavoogude prognoosid ja hinnanud finantsolukorda, võttes arvesse emaettevõtte toetust. Juhtkonna hinnangul on olemas piisavad eeldused, et ettevõte suudab täita oma kohustusi ja jätkata tegevust tavapärases mahus.
